El Hazard: The Wanderers DVD Recall

Pioneer addresses the DVD 3 defect by recalling the entire box set.
Pioneer is requesting the return of all copies of the El Hazard: The Wanderers DVD box set to address problems with the third disc. Individual consumers may call 1-800-538-3601 until December 31st to obtain a replacement. Corrected sets will include a "10th Anniversary" sticker to distinguish them from defective sets.
Please note that Pioneer is asking for the entire box set, not the individual disc.
