Kiki's Delivery Service will be shown at the Annecy International Animation festival in France thon Friday, and according to the Annecy website the movie will reach an unspecified number of French screens in the coming months.
AFP incorrectly states that this will be "first screening outside Japan of "Kiki's Delivery Service"." According to Nausicaa.net, Kiki's Delivery Service has been shown at festivals in Canada and the United States and theatrically in Hong Kong.
Patlabor WXIII will also be shown at the festival.
