Bandai Asks that people only e-mail them once regarding the Escaflowne movie Ultimate Edition DVD and assures fans that they will process all the requests as fast as possible.
It seems that Bandai has been getting e-mails regarding the problems with the Escaflowne movie Ultimate Edition DVD, as requested on their site, "If you have sent an e-mail to [email protected] regarding a defective Escaflowne disc you do not need to send any further e-mail. We are sending out return authorization numbers as quickly as possible and will at the same time also be sending replacements for those who have already sent their defective disc to us. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in this matter."
