Chicago, IL - Honored as Winner of Best Theatrical Film by this year's World Animation Celebration film festival, Manga's new vampire anime thriller Blood: The Last Vampire, is the fastest selling title in the company's 8-year history - selling over 120,000 units during the first month of release.
Blood: The Last Vampire is now competing for Outstanding Achievement in an Animated Feature Film at this year's Annie Awards in Hollywood alongside Osmosis Jones, Shrek and The Emperor's New Groove.

After breaking the record for the most successful video broadcast in sputnik7's history, on Halloween night (from dusk till dawn), Blood: The Last Vampire will have another video-on- demand streaming broadcast on www.sputnik7.com (6pm-9am EST), which is available to sputnik7 newsletter subscribers.
'Blood' also remains in theatrical release since August, and has been held over in many theatres. 'Blood' is currently touring as a feature film in RESFEST, the international digital film festival (www.resfest.com).
