Yukari Tamura Leads Namiuchigiwa no Muromi-san Cast

This year's eighth issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine is unveiling the cast and character designs for the Namiuchigiwa no Muromi-san television anime on Wednesday.

• Yukari Tamura as Muromi-san

• Ai Nonaka as Hii-chan (top left)
• Chiwa Saitō as Yeti (bottom left)

The comedy story centers around Muromi-san, a mermaid who happens to speak with a Hakata accent. She is suddenly caught by Takurō, a boy in his high school's fishing club. Nashima launched the manga in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine in 2009, and Kodansha published the manga's seventh volume last October.
