Director Scott Stewart's movie stars Paul Bettany as the titular priest who attempts to rescue his niece from vampires. Also starring in the film are Cam Gigandet, Maggie Q, Karl Urban, and Christopher Plummer. The movie was originally scheduled for an October 2010 release. The film was pushed back first to January 2011 in order to be converted into 3D, then pushed back again to accomodate the 3D conversion of the film Green Hornet. Last June, the film settled on the May 13 release date.
