Chobits' Chi

An unidentified cosplayer portrays Chi, the female protagonist of the CLAMP manga and anime Chobits. In the series, Chi is a persocom (personal computer), an expensive and advanced humanoid computer. Would-be college student Hideki Motosuwa finds Chii turned off and dumped in a garbage can. Thinking that she might be useful in his studies, he takes her home and boots her up — only to find that she lacks any software and is only able to say the word "chi."
The photo was taken at IkkiCon V, an anime convention which took place in Austin, Texas from December 31 to January 2.
