 PAI, the last of a mysterious race of immortals, seeks an ancient supernatural artifact which can changer her into a true human being. She enlists the aid of YAKUMO FUJII, the son of a noted archaeologist, to help in her dangerous quest. In order to save his life, PAI takes control of YAKUMO's soul, causing him to become similarly immortal. As long as she lives, he lives. Now, both must find the statue to survive.
 Their incredible journey for the "Statue of Humanity" finally ends in a Hong Kong high-rise luxury hotel. The artifact – currently in the hand of evil demon worshipers – is the centerpiece of a human sacrifice. The ritual will result in the death of a new ally, MEISHIN, and bring about the resurrection of the demon lord KAIYAN WANG.
 Yakumo must muster all of his courage and resolve in order to stave off the murder of his new friend, rescue PAI and keep the "Statue of Humanity" from calling up KAIYAN WANG.
 Based on the Japanese comic book series written and drawn by YUZO TAKADA, 3X3 EYES is a fast-paced trip into the dark world of the occult.
