Kishin Corps is a special squadron formed to protect the earth from the aliens. Their main offensive is the giant robot soldier called "Kishin" developed from a captured alien robot soldier.

October 1941. A Manchurian Railway train is boarded by a division of the Kanto Army for inspection. The division, led by Colonel Shinkai, is after a scientist names Takamura and his "black lunch box." Suddenly, the sky is lit by a mysterious glow. Mysterious aliens descend from the sky and begin firing indiscrimintley upon the Kanto Army and innocent train passengers.

Professor Takamura's son, Taishi, who safeguards the "black lunch box" escapes from the train during the confusion. But, he is soon trapped. Just as he believes it is all over, a third force appears!
