Plot Summary:
Yukito, an angel who is failing Angel School, is punished by being sent to study on Earth. It is his assignment to give angel powers to a human. He accidentally gives these powers to Hiyoko, who is a hyper little girl that also has a crush on Yukito. It's now her job to transform into an angel and help people who are unhappy and to "suck up" their unhappiness with her air gun. Unlike many mahou shoujo, this is a very light, silly comedy.
