Trivia:

Rui Araizumi, the artist for this manga, appears in the second-to-last frame of the comic as a tiny, smiling man who is wearing glasses and a party hat.

This consists of six stories featuring Lina Inverse and Gourry Gabriev and their miscellaneous adventures. Rui Araizumi drew these comics as a supplement to the Slayers novel series in between 1991 and 1995. The time span is evident by the changing art style. As the book progresses, the art becomes closer and closer to the anime style. A second edition came out (in Japan) with a new cover illustration. This was called "Slayers Shinsou-ban."
