During her quest, she is joined by Schmendrick, a second-rate magician, Molly Grue, a middle-aged woman whose lifelong dream is seeing a real unicorn, and the kind hearted Prince Lir, all accompany the unicorn until making it to the castle of Prince Lir's adoptive father King Haggard.
