Trivia:

When Mizuho is reading Karen and Miina's fake resumes, one of the made-up names is Kikuko Inoue, who plays Mizuho in the series. Another name on the resumes is Yayoi Inoue, Kikuko's elder sister.

Onegai Twins, as with Onegai Teacher, takes place in an actual location: on the shores of Lake Kizaki, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. A comparison between the town pictures and the anime scenes can be found here.

Many of the locations used in Please Teacher, although highly accurate in their detail, where not placed correctly in relation to each other. For instance, the road through the rice patties that the students are often shown walking along is located on the eastern shore and the students are walking north on their way to school. However, the school actually exists somewhere in the south. Please Twins is much more accurate in its placement of the represented scenery.

In Chapter 8, when Miina and Karen imagine what Maiku and Tsubaki would be doing in the Student Council's room, Tsubaki's confession (dialogue) is the same of Herikawa's from Please Teacher!, also chapter 8. [They obviously vary in a few words, though, as Tsubaki is Maiku's senpai, while Herikawa is Kei's classmate.]

In Chapter 10, right after the opening, an image appears and vanishes rapidly, just like a subliminal message: it's Sakura Nogawa's "SAKURA Clips 〜Nogawa Sakura VISUAL COLLECTION〜" DVD poster ad.

In episode 3, when Maiku is telling the girls the cost of the living supplies he bought, he lists the futons costing ¥43,560 and the toiletries costing ¥45,738. But if you look at the reciepts, they are listed as ¥22,071 and ¥23,667 Respectivly.
