Sonic is a blue hedgehog with the ability to run at a supersonic speed. Marooned on planet Earth without being able to return to his original home world. Sonic makes do with what is offered in his now new home, living a secret life in the small town of Green Hills, Montana. To avoid contact with humans, Sonic uses his speed to obtain items and food in order to go by his daily routine. It isn't long until his presence starts to alert the attention of the US military who assigned Dr. Robotnik to apprehend what Green Hills locals refer to as the "Blue Devil" for the purpose of experiments. Sonic's only chance of evading the crazed Dr. Robotnik is with the help of a policeman named Tom, who both embark on an adventure cross the country.
