Trivia:
Though the opening theme is the same song as the previous two seasons, this season uses the second verse of the song.
Each of the insert themes used from episodes 4-6 were actually originally recorded and released back in 2004 on the "Ring ni Kakero 1 Character Songs" album, where each seiyuu sang about about their respective character.
The avant at the beginning of episode 1 is taken from a side-story manga short Masami Kurumada made in 2006 for the book Ring ni Kakero REAL, which featured numerous interviews between Kurumada & professional MMA, boxing, & wrestling fighters.
