3. Burning's "Thank God" changed to "Thank goodness".
4. Synapse's "I just have a limit on how much alcohol I can drink so they
keep it here" changed to "Same as you. Us old dogs have to stick together.

5. Scene of the doctor giving Synapse a bottle of cognac and Synapse
inviting Burning to his quarters to share it cut.
6. Keith's "Well you gotta admit she sure is sexy" changed to "Well you
gotta admit she sure is pretty".
7. Kou's " It just shows what a lech Monsha is for taking these stupid
things" changed to "It just shows what a creep Monsha is for taking these
stupid things".

Well they turned the Blue Pencil Brigade loose on this episode. Any
suggestion that Kou's interest in Nina might involve more than holding hands
and sharing an ice cream soda at the local malt shop was ruthlessly removed.
If this wasn't bad enough Lt. Burning's death was one of the major events in
the series. Particularly since his death seemed so pointless and
unnecessary. CN did everything they could to tone down the effect of that
death on Burning's friends and collegues. These Toonami level edits are
really doing a disservice to this show.
