Good luck to these ladies, particularly to one of my favorites, Ayuru Ohashi.

They must've sensed some bad dealings and bailed out just in time, you can't trust these agencies a lot of times, I hope they'll be alright.

Whether the trio departed from Toritori on good or bad terms remains a mystery. In any case, I wish them the best of luck on their adventures beyond.

I have read about this happen a number of times with seiyuu. In terms of getting work by being a freelancer vs. having an agent, it could both ways.

The timing with their (former) agency's merger makes it seem like it was a case of disagreeing/displeasure with policy changes that usually follows those kind of deals. Could be purely coincidental, too.
