If they could get them signed by Johnny Yong Bosch and Stephanie Sheh, then they might attract more submissions. Then again, fans can always get them signed by either person at a con.

Nice to finally tell us you have to put USA at the end. I never did that. How would I know to. Never any instructions had I seen put country at the bottom.

Oh so people from other countries beyond the US and CANADA can participate ? If that's the case I'll give it a go. I was set on buying the collector's set but if I can win it for free why not ?
Damn the fine print : I guess the answer is no. Non americans get stuffed yet again.
