They never broke up, they just went on hiatus. Actually, all of the members went solo (hyde was the most successful, though), and it seems their solo projects will continue even after their comeback.
The new song's title is 'Ready Steady Go' (....so totally un-L'Arc-like -_-). I hope it'll be a good song... I have faith in the group's talent, but still, the title, and the fact that it'll be FMA's opening scare me a little.

i haven't heard ready steady go yet
i think hyde's a good solo artist, but they're good as a group too. i've heard one song by tetsu 69, and it's cool...
lose control = coolness

You know , now that u mention it, yeah. I downloaded the openings for gto, and i didn't even know it was porno graffiti until my sis told me. They have a pretty diverse sound {anyone ever hear "swallowtail butterfly?" It sounds kinda like tejano or mexicano music. And im from an area that mostly listens to that stuff so...yeah its sounds similar. Kinda like Mana if anyones heard of them} I like L'Arc also. They did two ruroni kenshin opens {one was for the movie, i think} and they were pretty good. But all in all, the new openings good. Hooray for good openings.
but the endings a little on the boring sides...

Hmm... the 2nd ending grabbed me right away. I'd say it's one of the best ending themes heard in awhile.
