IGN is reporting that the game is actually coming out on March 18th in North America, and March 21st in Europe. I think the December 31st was just a placeholder.

Unfortunately, this is only news for PS3 version, not both versions like the article states. As someone who plans on getting the Vita version, I'm still hanging in limbo regarding the release date. |

Holy crap, that Trailer practically spoils everything. I know this is probably targeted towards the fans who played the originals, but I have to wonder what they were thinking in terms of new players picking up the game...

I wouldn't be so sure. http://www.finalfantasyxhd.com/us/index.php They don't have anything regarding Vita on the official website... just PS3 logos and PS3 copyrights. I'm starting to worry if they've cancelled the US release for Vita. |

Exactly. I know Japanese and I couldn't figure out what it meant at all. I got some minor hints at possible major events but nothing I'll remember when I actually get the game because I have no emotional attachment. Yet. I have it ordered for December. =3 |
