Sadly, Wish Angel's producer Touyou Ikeda passed away. |

I know, but a change of staff could always save it. |

If that tagline is anything to go by, I think it might be something sillier. Either way I'm in. Junichi Satou almost never disappoints me. |

"An amazing new heroine"? A good story, maybe some decent animation but I think any amazing new heroine is optional.
I mean, you can cross out the "amazing" and "new" and still end up with Princess Tutu Redux. My worse pun ever. Sorry... |

Oh my god... Maybe that Kaleido Star cancelled manga focusing on spoiler[Sora's little sister] as protagonist is getting animated...?
And the "sugoi" thing with the pause/spaces is definitely Kaleido Star. |

"Tamayura/Kaleido Star's Junichi Sato..." How do you decide what works to include when you write a headline like this?

It's quite interesting Kaleido Star is in the meta tags. Maybe this new series will take place in the same universe?

The last line is reminiscent (as mewpudding alludes) of the way episode titles in Kaleido Star are phrased. Looking really likely that this is something related to Kaleido Star at least. |

I'm on board for anything Sato does, but a new Kaleido Star-related something? I am geeked!! The first season of that show is so hot blooded and fun! It'd be so neat to see Sato revisit those characters and ideas again.

1) Sato co-created both titles, as opposed to simply directing the anime adaptation 2) Tamayura is his most recent work since Tamayura - More Aggressive is now airing 3) As others have noted, the website and teaser make a few nods to Kaleido Star |

Hmm. A new work from the director of genre Masterpiece, 'Princess Tutu'. I'll definitely check this out.
