If you live in a region served by Crunchyroll, you can watch it there. Though it was anticipated that tsuritama would be outshadowed by its companion on noitaminA, Sakamichi no Apollon, many of us who followed both series thought tsuritama was the better show.

A quick check confirms that yes, Tsuritama does stream on CrunchyRoll to AU.

I guess the old adage "If you like it, buy it" comes to mind.
