Wow, the first film just covered Perfect Cherry Blossom, but this one seems to have bits from just about everything since --- though I suppose it's going to concentrate on Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.
Is FLIPFLOPs involved in this? The character designs look like their work. |

I'm still shocked that Touhou is as popular as it is. I mean I love all the stuff that comes from it, be it fan-games, remixes, art, pretty much everything, but it all comes from a series of games that were almost all made by one guy, most of them have terrible, terrible character drawings, and have very thin plot beyond a couple lines with the bosses. No other game has such a dedicated fan base.
The animation in this is shockingly professional.

That's just a popularity created by a fan-base, not just only by a games. The fans created almost everything to make a Touhou popular, and that's why it's now stand on that high state. |
