Hopefully the fact that it's only 25-30 minutes means this will be (relatively) cheap.

I really liked this so I'll probably be getting it. I hope they decide to do a show or movie down the line I would like to see more.

I liked this, if it isnt too much, I might pick it up. My limit will probably be $50 (with shipping) but we'll see

I hope if this sells well, it means we get a series, or at least a movie. Maybe someone will even license it and dub it. It's probably not the kinda anime that needs it, but every time I hear the main character, I hear a Japanese Laura Bailey for some reason, so I could see her playing that character lol. This is all hopeful speculation, but still, I could only wish lol

I like it when they add english subs to the japanese releases because then I can buy it directly from Japan instead of having to wait for a shitty dub and then the licensing process...

But i'm clueless to why they don't add english subs to all anime releases. I mean do they not want to sell it to us and gain more profit >.<?

Or maybe it's just me thinking like this.

More or less (along with a few others)

1.) Not everyone has the disposable income to spend hundreds of dollars on overpriced imports.

2.) Just cause ya put Eng Subs on a release doesnt guarantee English speakers are gonna import it it, so it'd be extra effort for nothing.

Well I really like this Anime, so even though I'm one who does complain about prices I will still find the $ to import it.

Anything to encourage Trigger to do more with the characters.

well if you want to see more above par anime, i suggest you all find some disposable income. aside from that i hope that studio keeps growing, this short is just that a short, no announcements have been made about a possible series with it, but their upcoming project looks very promising, kil la kill, i would deff drop some bills for that.

Awesome!! I wanna get this. I wanna get like five copies of this. (If I were a bazillionaire, which I am not.) It's such a funny and neat little short!

I enjoyed it. It will be part of one of my monthly import orders from AmazonJP.

The addition of English subtitles also makes me more likely to blind-buy a Japanese release (or import the release of something that I liked, but might not otherwise have imported). Keep doing this, anime companies of Japan! ^^

How about a proper US release too? Maybe with a dub?

As much as I would love that, probably not. I dont think companies like Funimation or even Sentai would bother with a short that is barely even a half hour. Maybe, and only maybe, if it were released as a compilation with other shorts could I see it being release here

I enjoy dubs myself, but even I can't see anyone picking up a single 30 minute OVA for release over here. Even if they sold it sub-only (which I would be more than willing to buy). If they make more, like a few more OVA episodes or a 12 to 13 episode TV series out of it, then I'd say it would have much better chance of getting licensed here.

Sentai's been putting out the Kono Danshi shorts which are the same length each. I would love for them to pick this up. It deserves all the good attention it's been getting.
