Yen Press needs to get more of Mori's work, ESPECIALLY Emma. Why they have A Bride's Story and the short story collection yet they don't have her flagship series (and Shirley) baffles me because it's sitting there, out of print.

You said it. Some of us would not like to pay $25 for beat-up library copies because it's the only mildy affordable way to get it. Plus, I fear the moment I start buying it, Yen Press would announce its licence rescue. But I've only read the first couple of volumes and I want more!

Maybe the way they see it is that it was such a niche title it didn't sell then, and probably won't sell enough if they re-license it? Either way I have it already so I'm not bothered. You gotta grab certain titles while you can.

I find Shirley to be the most boring of all her work, but it's nice to see where Emma came from.
