They still have the high fixed costs and have to deal with a lower amount of sales, so the MRP has to be higher.

Sharing some main characters wasn't already considered a crossover? But then again, why would I expect something that calls that sort of superpower scientific to be accurate.

Yeah, I don't really get calling it a crossover. It would be like calling a combination Family Guy/Cleveland Show movie a crossover (God help us if they ever make one of those). Railgun is just a spinoff of Index.

True, although handheld games generally don't cost as much to develop as console games.
