Even though I like One Piece better than Naruto the Rock Lee spinoff manga is much better than the Chopper spinoff.
May not have all the action Naruto fans crave but it did have some funny moments. spoiler[Lee attempting Byakugan and it's just him rolling his eyes back]

Wait, so does this mean TV series or TV special? I mean, only about 4 chapters are even out, that doesn't seem like enough for a whole show.

Must be a TV special of some sorts.
Not enough material out for even a 13 ep series unless they did original stuff. |
