Same here, as a scifi fan and with the background story I've been looking forward to this since 2009 also lol.

There's not nearly enough space-based shows anymore nor stuff like space pirates, space operas and/or space adventure like this sounds like.

The main character's animation design looks really nice in the small head shot as does the first little shot of the ship (though it's too small to really get a good view of it).
