I just screamed! YES YES YES YES YES! Finally an official announcement for release of Akuma to Love Song! I'm so freaking happy! Can't wait for that to show up for pre-order - the first day it does, it's going to be mine!

Ugh, STILL NO InuYasha: The Final Act.

And, true-to-form, they didn't take Q&A.

It's pretty much getting downright comical the lengths they'll go to avoid questions. They must have been thrilled that their panel started late at AX so they could blame it on that.

Hehe, I've made my excitement and wants for this series well known around here, huh? ^^;

I admit, I'm curious about The Earl and the Fairy as well. I've read some good things about the anime, but since I've yet to see that, I wouldn't mind reading the manga and giving the series a shot.

You were also the first person I thought of when I read the news. Very Happy I'm happy for you and I honestly feel that this license was long due, but on the other hand I can't help but feel disappointed once again that 7 Seeds by Yumi Tamura was not picked up. Times are certainly tough and all publishers are playing it safe with one or two licenses at a time, so at this point, the chances of my favorite series getting an English release is next to nil. Sad

Okay, now that I've gotten my bit of whining in, I'll shut up.

I'm pleased by announcements of 3 in 1 Hana-Kimi and Skip Beat. I've wanted to buy both of them for a long while now, but I've never had the money to sink into Hana-Kimi (at least it's finished) and Skip Beat seems to be epically long, but at least 3 in 1's will make it more affordable Smile

I thought they'd be chomping at the bit to get IY Final Act released. It was announced last year---they should at least give some sort of update...

I'm happy to hear that Skip Beat is getting the 3-in-1 treatment. Hopefully more people pick it up, it's an amazing series.

I think I'll pick up that Legend of Zelda boxset. Plus I can't wait for the Professor Layton movie!

A DGM artbook, a new Naruto character data book, and Earl and Fairy are all on my gotta-check-out list. Good odds I'll get all of 'em.

And definitely looking forward to Layton; my gf's such a huge fan I'm dying to get into it (even if I'm not really a gamer anymore).

I'm surprised there was no info on Inuyasha Kanketsuhen. My guess is that Viz will release it in a special edition boxed form and they're waiting for approval on or production of the "special edition" component (the full shikon no tama necklace perhaps?), but couldn't they at least give us a tentative release date?
