I'm not a huge fan of Chobits, but it's nice to know that I can safely get Eden of the East and Spice and Wolf without having to constantly wonder if the sequels will be picked up. I'm a real completionist when it comes to my anime.

Cardcaptor Sakura (and to be dubbed) next, right!!!? Razz

Probably won't double-dip for Chobits. I really like the thinpak Geneon released.

Can't wait for the rest though.

It all sounds good to me. I already have my Chobits DVDs from Geneon, so I probably won't double dip unless they come up with something that wasn't in the original DVD release. The other licenses sound pretty good too, definitely stuff to look forward to.

I thought that Eden of the East only had two films? Wikipedia tells me that there was a compliation of the series called Eden of The East Compilation: Air Communication that had a theatrical run, is that what they meant?
In any case, already have Chobits, need to pick up both Spice and Wolf sets sometime, and I'm really curious to see Eden of the East since I heard a lot of good about it.

OH, YEAH!

After seeing Chobits in the bookstore today I was reminded of how badly I wanted to own the anime series. Thank you Funimation. Smile

I guess Funimation has really high expectations for the Eden of the East sales if they've gotten the films even before the series has come out. I hope they don't get disappointed; although I enjoyed the series I didn't like it nearly enough to think it would reach a huge audience and sell a lot of copies. Then again I know that a lot of people liked it more than me, so I'm probably wrong.

Second that! Didn't they just release a high def of CCS in Japan? Come on, FUNimation, do us CLAMP fans a favor!

(If they were to release CCS and Utena, I'd be a happy fangirl...)

Alright Spice and Wolf 2 I have been hoping they would pick this up.

I already own Chobits so I won't be getting that.

awesome for Chobits because I never got to complete my Geneon chobits collection!

Eden of the east films are good to go with the rest of the story, since we don't get an ending without the movies.
