Wow a anime hall a fame I still dont get all of it but i guess its just a place to try preserve and display old and new manga and anime

Sounds reassuring and much better than the old idea. But I wonder what rent are they talking about when this was said:

That's how the "institutions" are listed in the Japanese source in the Yomiuri Shimbun paper. So far, the specific international organizations involved have not been named.
