The picture for #28's Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru #6 is incorrect. The picture is one from Fate Stay/Night not Uragiri.

Similarly, the last volume listed (Shinya Shokudo) displays an Azumanga Daioh cover. Correct cover can be found here. (it's like a scavenger hunt or something! :D)
