Like the guy above said.

So essentially, it's an official MAD. It's pretty though. Most animes don't get a "full length ending animation".

No it possible made by the anime production team.. cause LM.C's 88 also got a special video!. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6rKFmCLi4Q it's really well made...^^
