The premise was promising, but that got shattered due to laughably cheap animation, lame voice acting, and a total mindscrew of a plot. I don't think they ever explained fully about that woman in the 80's and her connections to that dystopic world.

They made a theatrical version of this? I guess that just means taking the three episodes and cramming together and removing some bits. It's mostly a guilty pleasure to me, but it was generally a pretty bad show. Mostly just there for blatant violence and lesbianism, I think.

You'd think that they would show a better title at a festival. I pity those that are seeing it in a movie theater. Some titles are best to be forgotten and buried.

I know this is a hyperbolic sounding thing to say, but the ICE OVA was one of the worst things I have ever seen. Not just of anime, but of anything. It was nothing less than relentlessly terrible. The short list of what was wrong with it has already been mentioned here, although I'd add that the plot wasn't much of a "mindscrew", it was just wildly stupid and pretentious (a word which I avoid using for the most part these days, but one that I can say with a large degree of certainty applies to this OVA).
I can't get those streaming files to work on this computer and they don't seem to be up at any other streaming places I've checked, so uh, have those of you who have seen the trailers found anything to be particularly inspiring in them? I mean, they'd really have to do a LOT to this to make me think it's a worthwhile title to revisit.

The 90 second video was better than the 30 second video. But this is most likely a compilation movie. The compilation can only be as good as the source.

Nice to see that I wasn't the only that thought that thing was terrible. I guess it did well enough to condone this, or they're desperate. Still I echo what's been said, particularly the horrid voice acting and, at times, nonsensical plot.

I kind of liked this film, it had potential but it definitely was one of those things that should have gone back to the drawing board.
Man takes you back when you try to put together an original piece and somehow it just ends up somewhere else. I had a problem with this one. And of course most people that did watch the show said the only interesting character was 'Hitomi Landskrect'. Too bad the show did fall short.
