… so this is a sequel! I wonder if it's going to continue following all of the established characters or if Konomi is going to pull a GX on us and write about the "new" generation now that a majority of the cast has graduated.

I found out about this last night when a friend mentioned it on IRC. Apparently someone posted about it on some livejournal community. Sounds interesting but I hope it continues with the established characters.
Though last we heard Ryoma was in the States. |

I love how this all follows this stuff about the musical. That crap is freaking awesome. I say that if all the previous volumes of Tenipuri were "prologue," then Konomi's new series should be about Ryouma's journey to become the best stage musical idol, flaunting his genius ability to sing, dance, and swing a tennis racket all at the same time. Maybe then I would actually start reading the manga and watching the myus again. |

Well, in the last chapter didn't it show Ryoma in America witha bunch of other kids? I'm guessing it will probably revolve around them, but... I'll be kind of upset if we don't see the other teams as well. xD

Umm, it probably is not a joke. When you see something being said to be attempted in Shonen Jump, chances are they are going to attempt it in Shonen Jump. I suppose now though Ryoma will be attempting to become the King of Tennis, though I cannot confirm anything at this time because rumors of a coup are being suppressed by the spokespeople.
