Sorry to disappoint you, but no. It's not "fanservice galore".

But with a title like "Candy Boy" what can one expect? Anything from a drama show to a action show.

Boku no Pico? That's what I thought of when I first saw the title. I was pleasantly surprised to discover it was in fact a yuri twincest anime.

Right, how can anyone judge an anime based on its title?
I watched the original ONA back then, and it was simply sweet with easily lovable characters (and great casting: Naba-sama x Yuzu-nee~). It's a pity they didn't release a full anime considering the huge response from NicoNico users.
This first ep lived up to my expectation, can't wait for the next one~

Heck, I don't even like yuri and I liked Candy Boy. To my surprise, it didn't really have fanservice either (or at least what I would consider fanservice), which is just another plus. So of course I wouldn't mind another ONA.
