They'll finish the entire light novel series (maybe barring some short stories) in these final two episodes, so we weren't likely to get another season anyway. |

I’m heartbroken that these are the final two episodes! I thought there could be at least one more season. I want to see the wedding! I’m going to curl up in bed now lol. Thank you for sharing!

This delay is just a few days after it would have aired due to the first delay, so it's probably more a matter of losing the TV slot and finding the closest opening for the last episode.

Novel 9 came out earlier this month but yeah, we’re not getting any more anime for a while. I just hope the next episode gives us [Novel 6] spoiler[Miyo slapping Naoshi] |

Oh, I missed that somehow! Still, novel 7 wraps things up pretty well, and novel 8 is short stories.

There's a possibility, since Vol 9's synopsis seems to be the start of a new story arc; spoiler[the honeymoon arc in the old capital/Kiyoka paying respects to the head family residing there. Which gets disrupted by head family agents wanting to claim Miyo's powers, and the mysterious handsome blonde foreigner fixated with Miyo's abilities.] But I think this will be all of the anime we'll get for now, at least until more books come out. Vol 8 could fill some OVAs, but I don't think Vol 7 is enough to fill a cour (unless they make it an OVA too,). |
