God damn. It took nearly two months for season 1 of The Apothecary Diaries to break into the top 10 (and only five episodes ended up doing so), and its highest rating was 2.8. Wonder how much has to do with buzz building, and how much is NTV shifting it an hour and a half earlier -- roughly to Frieren's old timeslot, in fact.

Yeah, it honestly seems like the power of the NTV prime anime Friday slot near midnight (considering it was occupied previously by Magilumiere Co anime, which always stayed in Top 10 with the average 2.5% rating) is real and switching the already proven as popular enough series like The Apothecary Diaries there was pretty logical point to grow the viewership numbers even further.

This is the second week in a row that one piece has not been ranked. I'm aware that it's remaster, not new episodes, this just makes me even more excited to see how will it performs when new episodes air on late night timeslots.
