That’s genuinely really cool. I’ve always wanted to read the manga, but feared it would never get licensed due to Conan not being huge over here.

Now we just need Viz to get Magic Kaito and we'll have the main parts of the Aoyama universe.

The art isn't as aesthetically pleasing as Conan's. Hope it sells alright.

If Viz could somehow pick up Magic Kaito, they'd have done the most for Gosho Aoyama's works than literally everyone involved in anime or manga in the United States.

I mean, Yaiba is literally the manga Aoyama made before Conan, so of course the artwork won't be quite as polished as Canon. That's to be expected.

At the very least, Viz now has a Gosho Aoyama manga that they can actually release all of.
