I hear "North America" (北米), "Alaska", "Anchorage" in the PV, so are they moving to Alaska or Siberia?

Did they change the location for the anime due to..."circumstances"? Doubt the story ever goes to either place but certainly a noticeable change.

100% sure it was Russia originally, if they are using Alaska now then: yup.
