This wasn't the best show of the season and it was definitely held back by it's direction/production, but that's a pretty solid cast.

I think it is a very solid cast. This dub is coming out faster than I anticipated. And MFrontier, this show is not getting a dub because of its quality but rather because it is quickly becoming one of the most popular shows on HIDIVE.

Shannon Emerick is often cast as young boys, but I honestly think that on average, Luci Christian does a better job. Maybe they should have switched roles.

Shannon should be fine for Leo as a boy. I like Luci in a lot of things, but she probably wouldn't have been my first pick for Riselia. But I liked the series well enough that I'll definitely check out the dub once it's available.

And I'm not surprised that it's ended up being popular, either, despite the technical deficiencies.

I would have preferred if this was an announcement of a second season because it's not the technical shortcomings I had an issue with. It seemed to me like the series ended about 4 episodes before it was about to reveal something about anything.

I guess she did play Loki, another character turned into a young boy, so maybe you are right.
