Who is the organizer that paid for the media tour?
That's a Meitetsu Kankou bus. Meitetsu Kankou Service is a corporate member of the Anime Tourism Association, and this specific tour is included in the current edition of the Japanese Anime 88-Spots list. The Association was established by Kadokawa and operates on the physical premises of the Kadokawa head office. |

T&S Ltd. Oita (who own and operate the Attack on Hita project's website along with the Shingeki in HITA Town Revitalization Council) and JTB Corp. together organized the tour.
The whole tour is not listed on the 2023 list, just the museum location is listed: https://animetourism88.com/ja/88AnimeSpot/shingeki-hita https://animetourism88.com/en/88AnimeSpot/shingeki-hita Though I guess it is possible they might mention the tour once the full entry is completed. Representatives from Anime Tourism Association were also present on the tour we went on. |
