Congrats! I've been coming since about 2000 (pretty sure I found ANN through the Anime Web Turnpike in internet days of yore), and the visits have been pretty close to daily in the last 10 years or so. Thanks for being awesome!

I can't even remember when I started visiting the site, but it must have been the mid 2000s. To date, this is still my favorite anime site.

Well said. Sorry to bring a raincloud into the parade, especially since the ANN staff must feel it harder than us bystanders, but that crossed my mind, too. (I couldn't get Zac out of my mind in the run-up to the release of the last Evangelion movie. I think he would have loved it.) But I don't want to diminish the congratulations Lynzee, Chris, and everybody deserve for building ANN to what it is today. |
