Well, technically she ain't the first one, because we just recently had an official Takanori Nishikawa figure, who also can count as a voice actor... though it's not Max Factory Figma, it's from SH Figuarts.
But yeah, I don't remember that many seiyuu figures outside of Good Smile Nendos, of course. |
