I can't wait to see this. As a Toyota 86 owner, I love the fact that an anime of all things features this car prominently.

^It has been back for a while actually, Initial D had two recaps released recently, one of which covered the Legend movies, which included full Eurobeat soundtracks.
The last one included a sticker promoting this new series so Avex knew what they were doing there.

Glad to see the eurobeat back. But will that alone can save the series considering how bad the manga is?

I just hope that if it gets simulcast there might be enough traction to get Initial D Fifth and Final Stage licensed. Looks pretty amazing though and the character designs are way better looking than Shigeno's art
