As of right now the link for anime in the US is broken.I know it will be fixed just passing it on.
I hope to hear some good news from this con.

Well I hope the news just keep flowing in this weekend, I get stuck with 36 hour shift instead of going to Anime Expo. Hopefully Monster will be announced to make my weekend awesome, 'fingers crossed'.

I predict (though it's more wishful thinking) that the anime for Ouran High School Host Club will get a licensing announcement (And hopefully a release date for the 1st DVD, but I doubt things would get THAT good)

I would also almost put money on the company being Viz, buuuuuut.. I wouldn't even blink in surprise if Funimation got it.

Any company outside of Viz and Funimation though would be quite a shock.

But we shall see what actually happens, eh?

In all honesty to how the Expo has been going so far, I am not so much for high appraisal of it, mainly due to poor organization and what appears to be tension between the AX staff and the convention center staff.

This is my first anime convention in the US ever so I have nothing else to compare it, but I definitely were not pleased with some stuff...particularly how the convention was set up, bad logistics, and technical failures that led to other failures...

But the point of this post is not to point out some of my complaints I've had, but...

I hope that eventually someone will post up the SOS-dan focus panel details, because that's one hilarious panel. One of the best I've seen if I would say so myself. Having Hirano-san do lots of Lucky Star references definitely made it even more interesting.

p.s. I was the bum who asked her "Do you have a boyfriend" and I was that ass who ended up standing on the chair near the front of the premier seating dancing hare hare yukai towards the end of the concert.
