Damn that was a good run, 16 years with only a few interuptions. Anyone should be proud of producing a work so long.
Im surprised that the series was mid 2000's actually when its stylings remind me of 90's anime. Well I suppose there was still a bunch with that style in the early 00's. Kyoto Animation and Key hadnt brought moe into the majority yet at that point. |

It is a great run, and in general I think it was a good series overall, but I hope his next work moves away from the whole grooming aspect of ZKC. That got...squicky. |

It'd be nice to see this get another animated series.
At least now when I get around to continuing from the anime by reading the manga I'll know I'm reading a series with a conclusion
