It looks more like another season of whatever battle harem anime Silver Link makes, which is easily recognizable by their aesthetics.

Yeah, the staff on this is pretty impressive. Hopefully they can make the anime version into something better, as I wasn't impressed with the writing quality in the first novel. That novel was pretty much tailor-made otaku bait, so the anime version should be at least modestly successful if adapted well, but I wouldn't expect much story quality out of it.
