Well, this is interesting. Some of the titles are ones that came out during the partnership, and yet they are still removed from Funimation's site aside from the retail page for the disc.
On the one hand, that contradicts what they previously said about titles licensed during the partnership being unaffected. On the other hand, maybe that helps explain some of Sony's decision to end the partnership if it was more heavily in favor of Crunchyroll. |

Dubs still scheduled to come to CR but haven't yet in red (as found in the CR forum):
Since most of these have already been taken down from Funimation, it would be nice if CR could step up and add the rest of these. Also, while I am glad Testament S1 dub was added as uncensored, the sub also needs an uncensored option. This applies to just about all shows that CR has the master license to, though. |

For the longest time funimation was all dubs, and CR was all subs. I'm glad CR doesn't care anymore and is doing what they want.

I assume in the case of Mob Psycho 100 that Crunchyroll is waiting until after they finish the Toonami broadcast to add the dub. I don't know what's the hold up on the other shows though.

Do you have mature content turned on in your settings? I think they added an age wall when the dub went up because it's uncensored. |

I'm really disappointed to see anime titles not available for streaming on Funimation anymore. Specifically anime titles that they themselves dubbed in their own studio. I am fully aware that they have taken down certain anime titles from their library before but never at this capacity in a short amount of time. I think that Funimation and Crunchyroll should never have agreed to their partnership to begin with. If only AT&T had prevented it somehow because now it was a HUGE MISTAKE.
I hope Funimation will still be able to dub and stream the next season of Strike Witches once it's ready to air in two years. |
