Compared with previous years, this year's Anime Expo seems to be a little light on "wow!" announcements. For me, finding out what Trigger's next three anime titles are was probably the biggest deal.

yea I felt the same way. no rabbit out of the hat moments. Just mostly outlines for releases.

In fairness, everyone stuck in the queue would only become more incensed if any jaw-dropping panel announcements were made in their absence.

Agreed. There were no hype announcements and no series getting dubbed that I care for.

I almost mistook the recent Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond trailer for an announcement. That would've been the most exciting for me.

Would've loved to get some type of update on the next season of High School DxD, One Punch Man, and (The) Seven Deadly Sins.
